Please note that we do not refund or exchange our products due to change of mind or incorrect sizing. The bracelet 'Size Guide' is detailed in the ‘Things You Need To Know’ and ‘FAQs’ sections. All product information is listed in the item description. Please choose your jewels carefully. Wear and tear over time is normal and not considered a fault.

However, if you feel the product is damaged or defective, please send a clear photo and a brief explanation of the defect to magicnaturetp@gmail.com. We will happily review!

My Magic Nature reserves the right to inspect an item upon return before granting an exchange. Once your photo and email are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your exchange to is approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation Number that must be noted with the product you are returning; along with return address details.

Please note that returns found to be faulty due to lack of care and mistreatment will not be granted an exchange. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item.
